Job Description
We are urgently hiring Sales Executives for field jobs to promote our Co-operative Financial Services.
The role involves visiting establishments, offices, markets, stores, residences, and other locations to promote awareness about our cooperative society’s savings and deposit plans.
The selected candidates will be responsible for retaining and following up with potential customers and increasing the member base of the society.
If you are energetic, confident, and looking to start your career in sales, this is a great opportunity.
Initial training will be provided to selected candidates.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Field sales experience will be a plus.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Energetic and optimistic personality
- Ability to conduct field visits independently and with seniors/colleagues and interact with potential customers
Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness among the general public about our Cooperative Society, Membership Benefits, Savings / Deposit Plans, and Loan Services.
- Function as a First Introducer of the member to the society and sell financial products, like Savings and Fixed Deposit plans.
- Explain product benefits, policies, and procedures clearly.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Conduct field visits and meetings to expand the customer base.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Retain and follow up with potential customers.
- Work towards increasing the member base of the society.
